How to export indicators of compromise (IoC's) from RedXray

RedXray-Plus users can view IoC's from the RedXray dashboard, and can also export them for further analysis. While RedXray users do not have access to the dashboard, managed service providers and RedXray resellers can export indicator packages for customers to provide them with indicators in comma-separated values (.csv) file called an "Indicator Package."

How to Export Indicators in RedXray

1. Login to RedXray here

2. Locate the company profile for which you would like to export indicators on the RedXray Dashboard

3. Click the Indicator Package button below the company name

REDXRAY IS NOW WORKING IN THE BACKGROUND TO RETRIEVE THE COMPANY INDICATORS.

4. Click "Manage Jobs" at the top of the page

5. Identify the indicator package you are looking to export, and click "Download" next to it

6. Locate the downloaded zip (.zip) file on your local computer, right click, and extract the files

7. Use password redxray_620 to unzip to file, when decompressing the zip file.

8. Open the Comma-separated value (.csv) spreadsheets for each RedXray index.
