Creating a company profile in RedXray allows users to hunt for cyber threats associated with any IP address, domain, or keyword/phrase. Company profiles are created so customers can monitor a single entity/business for cyber threats.
1. Login to RedXray here
2. Click "Manage Companies" at the top of the page
3. Ensure that "New" is selected next to "Select a company to edit:"
4. Enter a name for the company profile you are creating.
5. In the Domains field, identify and enter all domains for the company you would like to monitor.
Note: It is not necessary to enter subdomains as all subdomains will be queried by default.
6. In the Typosquat Domains field, identify and enter all typosquat domains for the company you would like to monitor.
Note: If you would like RedXray to automatically generate a list of typosquat domains (based on info from the Domains field), click the "Generate typosquat domain list" checkbox at the top of the field. Typosquat domains will be generated after company profile is saved.
7. In the ASNs field, identify and enter all Autonomous System Numbers for the company you would like to monitor.
Note: IP addresses within an ASN will appear in the CIDRs/IPs field after the company profile is saved.
8. In the CIDRs/IPs field, identify and enter all IP addresses and ranges (PUBLICLY ROUTABLE IP ADDRESSES ONLY) for the company you would like to monitor.
Note: Individual IP addresses can be input in x.x.x.x format, however network ranges can be input using Slash Notation x.x.x.x/yy notation.
9. In the Reverse WHOIS field, identify and enter any WHOIS information unique to this company to find additional domains which contain the same WHOIS information.
10. In the Key Words/Phrases field, identify and enter any key words or phrases unique to this company which you would like to monitor.
Note: When entering key words and phrases, be as specific as possible. Common names or generic phrases will produce numerous results, some of which may be directly unrelated to the monitored company
