Create a Portfolio (E-mail Notifications)
How to create a Portfolio and/or enable email notifications for a RedXray subscriber
Creating a Portfolio in RedXray allows users to group together company profiles which have already been created using the "Create a Company Profile" instructions. Users can also create portfolios to enable daily email notifications which alert subscribers every 24 hours that RedXray has, or has not, identified specific threats.
How to Group Companies Together in RedXray
1. Login to RedXray here
2. Click "Manage Portfolios" at the top of the page
3. Ensure that "New" is selected next to "Select a company to edit:"
4. Assign a name for the portfolio
5. In the Companies field, identify and enter all of the company profiles for the portfolio you would like to create. Begin typing a company name, press tab to insert the highlighted item at the top of the list. Or, choose from the pop-up list using the mouse. You may also navigate the pop-up list using the arrow keys and use enter to select the highlighted item.
Note: To remove a company from the list, click the small X next to it. Duplicate company profiles will be automatically removed when the profile is saved.
6. Click Save
REDXRAY IS NOW WORKING IN THE BACKGROUND TO CREATE THE PORTFOLIO. THE NEW PORTFOLIO WILL APPEAR UNDER THE PORTFOLIO FILTER DROP-DOWN MENU ON THE REDXRAY DASHBOARD.
How to Setup Email Notifications from RedXray
1. Login to RedXray here
2. Click "Manage Portfolios" at the top of the page
3. From the drop-down menu, select the name of the portfolio you would like to setup notifications for.
4. In the Notification Emails field, identify and enter all of the email addresses at which you would like to receive RedXray alerts for the company you would like to monitor.
5. Click Save
REDXRAY IS NOW WORKING IN THE BACKGROUND TO SETUP EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS. A THREAT REPORT FOR THE COMPANIES IN THIS PROFILE WILL BE SENT TO EACH EMAIL ADDRESS LISTED HERE ON A DAILY BASIS.
NOTE: IF THIS FORM FIELD IS LEFT EMPTY, NO EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE DELIVERED FOR THIS PORTFOLIO.
THE FIRST THREAT REPORT WILL NOTIFY SUBSCRIBERS OF PREVIOUSLY IDENTIFIED THREATS (FROM ALL TIME). ALL PROCEEDING REPORTS WILL ONLY INCLUDE REPORTS FOR THE PAST 24 HOURS.
