How to export/import a company profile in RedXray
The sharing of portfolios in RedXray allows analysts to transfer multiple company profiles from one RedXray account to another. A portfolio can be shared between numerous RedXray users allowing them to view the exact same company profiles (and indicators of compromise) while still maintaining individual RedXray user privacy.
How to Export a Portfolio in RedXray
1. Login to RedXray here
2. Click "Manage Portfolios" at the top of the page
3. Select the portfolio you would like to export under the drop-down menu
4. Click the Download button, to the right of the portfolio name field
5. Save the .zip file
6. Securely transfer the .zip file to the other RedXray user
How to Import a Portfolio in RedXray
1. Login to RedXray here
2. Click "Manage Portfolios" at the top of the page
3. Select "New" under the drop-down menu
4. Click the "Upload" button, to the right of the company name field
5. Click the "Browse" button
6. Select the .zip file which was previously exported from RedXray (See Export a Portfolio section)
7. Click "Submit Query"
REDXRAY IS NOW WORKING IN THE BACKGROUND TO CREATE THE PORTFOLIO. THE NEW PORTFOLIO WILL APPEAR UNDER THE PORTFOLIO FILTER DROP-DOWN MENU ON THE REDXRAY DASHBOARD. THE NEW COMPANY PROFILES WILL APPEAR IN YOUR COMPANY LIST WHEN ENRICHMENT IS COMPLETE. USUALLY THIS ONLY TAKES A FEW MINUTES BUT CAN TAKE LONGER WITH COMPANY WITH A LARGE NUMBER OF INDICATORS.
